This unusual sterling silver pendant is in the general shape of a cross with decorative appendages. It has an oval cabachon cut tigereye set in the center of the cross. This pendant measures 4 1/4 inches long and 2 inches wide. It does not have a chain. It was manufactured between 1948 and 1980, and is clearly marked "Mexico, Taxco, 925, SCD." Although we could not identify the maker, the SCD would be his/her signature. This lovely item is in excellent condition, with no breaks, bends, dents or other flaws. There are no monograms or engravings. This pendant weighs .6 ounces.
