This beautifully beaded, vintage handbag is in excellent condition. There are no lost beads, no tears; it is clean and without stains inside and outside. The white and gold enamelled band at the top of both the front and back is also in excellent condition. The frame, chain and clasp are gold-tone metal and are without bends, twists, or other flaws. The entire soft surface is covered in black glass beads in a striped, floral pattern. The overall measurements of the bag are 7 1/2 inches long, 6 12 inches high (not including the chain), and 1 1/2 inches wide at the base. The black satin interior is pristine. It has a white tag sewn into the lining with the signature "Made in Hong Kong." There are no other markings. There is no mirror contained inside the bag. This would have been manufactured circa 1950s or 1960s. It weighs 13 ounces.
